Fee for Services

As a team, Nourish Your True Self strives to be a part of the change.   

In 2022, we changed our fee structure to do our part in dismantling systemic barriers for marginalized folx.  

This may be due to race, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, finances, and/or language

Moving forward we are offering standard and equity pricing. Equity pricing is accessed by self-referral.

Standard Pricing is for those who have sufficient resources and/or have access to health benefits. Standard pricing varies per therapist and range from $125-$155 per 50 minute session.

Equity Pricing is for those with marginalized identities and/or those in need.

It is 60% of the standard price.

If our equity price does not work for you, you may request additional reduced pricing (previously known as "sliding scale"). The number of equity pricing spots available are limited. We do our best to accommodate the majority of requests.
