Sometimes life is good, sometimes it’s okay; and sometimes, something's gotta give! Something needs to change, which led you to explore our website. I’m glad you’re here.
I’ve been through life’s ups and downs too. Done self-exploration, made life changes, then gone
through the whole process again and again.
I can help create a safe space to foster self-exploration, find balance, and re-discover your values, priorities, dreams, and needs.

I’ve worked in the mental health and addictions field for 13 years. I’ve been rewarded by helping folks move beyond feeling “stuck”, to feeling empowered and confident in taking a swing at life’s curveballs.
Types of therapy: I incorporate several therapeutic theories in my work, with a strong emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy: finding the balance between acceptance and change.
Education and Credentials: I am a Registered Social Worker and a member of the OCSWSSW and OASW. I have a social work degree from King’s University College, and an addictions certificate and a DBT certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University, alongside a host of other psychotherapy trainings.
I am also...
